Placing an order with CosmoBag is easy! Simply browse our curated collections, add your desired items to your shopping bag, and proceed to our secure checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. You can use this number on the UPS website to follow your parcel's journey. You can also view your order status and tracking information at any time by logging into your account at https://account.cosmobag.com.

We process orders very quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@cosmobag.com or call us on +447488818091. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it using our free returns process.

Our standard delivery for all UK addresses is typically 4-9 business days from the date you place your order.
To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, we dispatch orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) on the same or next business day. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50. For orders up to £50, there is a flat delivery fee of £5.

Currently, CosmoBag only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom (this includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer a 30-day return period on all products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with all original seals intact and in the same condition you received it.
The return period starts from the date of delivery of your order.

Returning an item is simple and free. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer account at https://account.cosmobag.com.
- Find the order containing the item you wish to return and select the "Request a Return" option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request.
- Once approved, we will email you a free UPS return shipping label.
- Print the label, securely package your item, and drop it off at your nearest UPS access point.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or have their protective seals broken. All items must be in a fully resalable condition.

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 3 business days.
If the return is approved, we will initiate your refund immediately. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider. In total, the entire process can take a typically 7-10 business days, maximum 13 business days from the moment we receive your return.
